Danny ChaiI had this eye infection last week and it got bad enough that I had to go to the hospital. Anyway, they wouldn’t even see me. I called the appointment desk, and they had a doctor call me back. Instead of scheduling an appointment, he just talked to me, and made a prescription over the phone. If it didn’t get better in a few days, then they’d see me. I dunno, that kind of made me angry. Just, I don’t know if this is a consequence of the HMO situation but not even seeing a patient, just talking over the phone… that rubbed me the wrong way. But whatever, it’s better now, so I guess I shouldn’t care.
