So based on Dave's comments from a long time ago, one of the first meals we had was kimbap and rabokki. Like Dave has said, the kimbap in Korea is awesome. They put all this interesting stuff in it like cheese (you can see it here), tuna (my favorite flavor), sesame leaves, just interesting things, and it's delicious.
Rabokki is just dukbokki with ramen in it. Doesn't seem like it would be that hard to make, no clue why they don't do it in the U.S. They should.
Last time I was in Korea, I don't remember seeing a kimbap restaurant, maybe I just didn't notice it. But now they're everywhere. I'm a fan. I'm always a fan of good, cheap food.
