So Pho Hoa is unlike any Pho Hoa I've been to in the States. Here, it's fairly ghetto. There, it's like a nice restaurant. It was shocking. Like, it's a sitdown restaurant with decent furniture, actual service, and clean utensils. Strange. The food's about the same, just more expensive.
