I wrote about this elsewhere, but yeah, we went to a board-game bang which is just about the coolest idea ever. You all buy a drink or dessert or something, and you get access to high speed Internet, comic books, magazines, a bunch of games brought to your table and explained to you by board game waiters, and a movie playing on a big TV. I would essentially live my life here if I were in Korea.

So we played Jenga and the game you see here, I can't remember the name of it. Coyote? Something like that. Basically, everyone has a number on their head, so you can see everyone else's number but not your own. You start with one person who guesses what the total of everyone's number, including their own (which they can't see) might be. The next person then either gives a higher number or guesses that the previous person's guess was too high. If the latter, everyone takes down their number and if the person was too high, they get a strike, else the person who thought the number was too high gets a strike. No clue if that made any sense.

There are some special cards like 2x, which doubles the total, and -Max and stuff like that. It's an interesting game. At first we were playing straightforward, but then people get a strong sense of what their own number is after a couple guesses. So then one person introduced the strategy of giving a totally way high number, which then throws people off into thinking they have a 10 or a 2x or something. Very interesting. Anyway, it was fun.

They had Bohnanza and Settlers there also. Basically all the games we play. Good times.
