Jieun saw the sign and misunderstood it as meaning idling around, doing nothing (rather than referring to idling cars) so she had me "idle". If it meant what it says, I dunno, do Asians in New York loiter around after meals as much as Bay Area Asians? Or is that just a locale thing?
