Playing ball at Winter Retreat Sophomore Year
As you know, FiCS was pretty different in the beginning. This is a retreat
we had sophomore year before Winter Quarter. It's a pretty random picture
so it makes me happy. Here's the context. We were small enough then that
we could have a retreat like this, the whole fellowship, right before
Winter Quarter. It was great. Anyway, We played basketball, and it was
co-ed, and Jimmy I think accidentally hit Bev so she hit her head. Thus
the ice. Paul's head is shaved so he could copy me. An interesting note is
that this picture contains the only freshman at that retreat, Bev, Paul,
and Will. It's interesting to me because there are so many of that class
in FiCS now, but these are the only ones that went to the retreat. Mainly
because they're from the Bay Area, I guess.
