A bunch of guys and Val. Tense.
So it's Val's birthday, and Dave Hong gets the guys to each bring a flower
to her room, one at a time, in like 30 second intervals. So in the end
there were all these guys, and her, with a bunch of flowers. I feel bad
for Dave for 2 reasons. First of all, people started asking if he liked
Val. He never did. Second, he bought the flowers, and asked people to pay
him back, but in FiCS, it's impossible to get people to get money from
people. So he basically paid for the flowers himself. Sorry, Dave.
Another interesting thing about this event is that everyone started
wondering if Dave Hong liked Val after it. Everyone. Anyway, Val says this
was one of the highlights of her time at Stanford.
