Dave told Jieun that we had to go to this missionary cemetary so we went. It's in a random, nondescript location, surrounded by buildings and construction so it's kind of odd. But it's actually really moving. There are tons of Christians in Korea now, and it's the legacy of many missionaries, people who gave their lives to a random county in the Far East. Just reading the gravestones tells an amazing story, like of missionaries born in England or random places in the U.S. who spend decades in Korea. Or of kids who died in early childhood, or other kids who followed in their parents footsteps and spent their lives dedicated to Korea also. I'm a Christain today because someone back then followed the call, and just thinking about their legacy was really profound.
