So maybe you've heard of Tillamook cheese, maybe not. But we went to visit the factory. Is that what it's called? Or the creamery? Whatevers. Where they make the cheese and ice cream. Learned some fascinating stuff, like how many gallons of food/water a cow eats a day and how much waste it produces. It's insane. I have no idea what they do with all that waste.
