At the end of the tour they have free samples of their famous Tillamook cheddar in different stages. First stage is cheese curds, which I don't even know how to explain but it's like "raw" cheese. Kinda interesting. It's also called squeeky cheese because of the squeeking sound it makes between your teeth when you eat it.
